Spruce Street Whole House Remodel
This iconic Berkeley home was completely remodeled and restored with a contemporary fusion design. The kitchen and dining rooms were opened up, and contemporary built-in cabinets were crafted to seamlessly match the existing casework. The garage was extended the length of the lot to make room for a home office, and two new bedrooms with matching balconies made room for the family’s growing children.
