Beneath the vibrant new finishes in this Presidio Terrace home lie significant structural and efficiency upgrades. Situated on a sandy lot, geo grouting paved the way for a new foundation, while the existing roof was retrofitted to support a new solar system. All gas appliances and mechanical equipment were replaced with electrical, and new thermally-efficient doors and windows were sourced to match the originals.
